Join our webinar – Futureproof or fall behind: The new imperatives for real estate
Real estate is facing a turning point. Do you invest in long-term value or risk falling behind? On Thursday 2 October 2025, from 09:00 to 10:30 AM (CEST), we invite you to join our international webinar: “Futureproof or fall behind: The new imperatives for real estate”. Together with leading voices from National Australia Bank, ForTwoThree, NatWest, Lloyds Banking Group and other banks, we will explore the financial imperatives of future-proofing real estate.
With over 250 professionals from over 15 countries and 100 financial institutions, last year’s webinar showed the power of bringing banking and real estate together. This year, we will focus on how long-term thinking translates into financial value by preserving building quality, protecting future cashflows and reducing risk.
What to expect
This webinar covers the financial side of sustainability. From future cashflows and carbon impact to the role of resilience, biodiversity and Net Zero Carbon. We’ll discuss how to translate long-term thinking into strong financial performance, and what risks short-term focus can bring.
Key themes
- Unlock real estate’s financial value – Discover how buildings can generate more than energy savings: from untapped material value to stronger long-term resilience.
- Strengthen real estate performance – See how efficient, healthy and high-quality assets already outperform the market with higher rents, longer leases and better financing options.
- Future-proof your portfolio – Learn how sustainability, biodiversity and resilience reduce risk and drive lasting success.
