After a fantastic anniversary edition in 2025 – where we celebrated the 20th year of the CFP Green Buildings Regatta together with over 200 participants – it’s time to look ahead to the next edition! On Friday 4 September 2026, we’ll be back on the water for another day full of competition, inspiration and connection.
A unique sailing race full of energy
Teams from across the real estate sector will once again take on the challenge on the IJsselmeer. This is a true sailing competition where it’s not just about winning, but about teamwork, fun and the strength of collaboration. Whether your team takes home the trophy or not – by the end of the day, everyone will have gained an unforgettable experience.
More than just a sailing event
The CFP Green Buildings Regatta is the annual meeting place for professionals working on the future of buildings. Alongside the race, the day offers plenty of opportunities to network, share knowledge and gain inspiration about energy efficiency, circularity and innovation in real estate.

Form your own team – everyone can join!
Whether you’re an experienced sailor or have never set foot on a boat before, everyone can take part in the CFP Green Buildings Regatta 2026! You can join with your own boat or rent one with a skipper. We’ll take care of everything – from race coordination to a barbecue with entertainment – so you can fully enjoy this special day with your colleagues or clients.
